    Are your items legit? All our items are 100% authentic. #diMENU items are purchased directly from the brands in South Korea or the United States unless stated otherwise. Official MDs are purchased from Weverse Shop, BigHit US Shop, Aladin Korea, GMarket, etc. Are your items on-hand? All our items are for pre-order unless stated that it is on-hand. To check our list of available items, go to the Available Items page of our wesbite or our masterlist. Do you accept pahanaps or pasabuys for Korean or US items that are not listed in your website? Yes we do! We accept any requests for all kinds of Korean or US brands. Just send us the photo/link to your item so we can send a quote. Do you accept pahanaps or pasabuys for official group merchandise other than BTS? Yes we do! All fandoms are welcome in our shop. Just send us a message for any merchandise requests not founf in our website. Do you have rare item pahanaps or bunjang? No, sorryyy. We don't do pahanaps for rare items Do you offer Korean Address lending? No, sorry.

    How do I order? You may directly check-out items here in our website for faster transactions or you may opt to use our manual order form. Every when is your pre-order cut-off? Our monthly cut-off for pre-orders is every 20th of the month. Are your prices inclusive of all fees? All our prices are already inclusive of all fees -- korean local shipping fee, international shipping fee, taxes, etc. If I order now, when will it arrive? All our batches are under NORMAL ETA: 3 - 4 weeks upon ship out from Korea 6 - 8 weeks upon ship out from the US How will I know if my order is confirmed? If you ordered through our website, you will instantly receive an email confirmation upon check-out If you ordered through our manual order form, you will receive an email confirmation directly from us. Note that manual email confirmations are only sent during weekends. You may also check our masterlist to make sure that we got your order. Our masterlist is updated real-time. Where can I check status of my orders? Feel free to check our masterlist anytime to check if there are new updates on your orders.

    What are your modes of payment? We accept online transfers or over-the-counter bank deposit via the following channels: BPI BDO Unionbank GCash Credit card payments can be made through PayPal. Additional Php 50.00 for Family and Friends transfer option Additional 5.2% on top of total amount for Goods & Services Buyers will shoulder all other Paypal Fees What are your payment terms? We require 50% down payment upon order. Balance payments shall be settled every 30th of the month. You may also opt to pay in full upon order. Where do I send my proof of payment? For full payment, down payment and balance payments, kindly fill up our payment form and attach a clear copy or screenshot of your proof of payment Where can I check my remaining balance amount? Our only gift wrapper design for sale is The Dynamite Wrapper (OG Cream, Pastel Purple and Pastel Pink) Small size wrapper (12.5x18in) - Php 50.00 per sheet Large size wrapper (19x25in) - Php 100.00 per sheet Set of 10 large size wrappers - Php 900.00 - choice of one color or assorted Set of 15 large size wrappers - Php 850.00 - choice of one color or assorted How do I avail of the gift wrapping service? Gift wrapping service option can be requested before we pack and ship your items to your address, you can note it in any of our forms or you may directly contact us. Our gift wrapping service option is only exclusive to our buyers. If you want items, which was not purchased from us, to be gift wrapped, you may opt to buy our Dynamite Gift Wrappers instead.
  • Shipping
    How long is the cargo shipping to the PH? Normal ETA from South Korea to the Philippines is 3 to 4 weeks upon shipping. Normal ETA from the US to the Philippines is 6 to 8 weeks upon shipping. Unforeseen delays may be possible. We will not be held liable for any cargo shipping delays as this is already out of our hands Patience is highly advised. What are your available shipping methods? Same-day delivery - Grab Express or Lalamove Metro Manila shipping - Sonic Express and JRS Express Provincial shipping - JRS Express If I choose delivery via Grab Express or Lalamove, where can I pick it up? We have 3 hubs in Metro Manila where you can pick-up your items: Quezon City San Juan Pasig City How much are your shipping fee rates? Standard shipping fee is calculated upon website order check-out for Sonic Express and JRS Express (MM and Provincial). Shipping fee is still subject to change especially if your orders exceed the standard size of the courier pouch where the standard shipping fee was based. For JRS Express bulky items, shipping fee will depend on your location and dimensions of your item. Can I request for combined shipping for all my orders? We accommodate combined shipping even if your orders are from separate batches. As long as you are willing to wait for your items to be completed in our hub, it won't be a problem.
  • Order Changes and Cancellations
    Can I cancel my order? Strictly cancellation of orders We will not entertain order cancellations requests Please be mindful before you order. Make sure that you are 1000000% sure of purchasing the item before you click submit. Can I make changes to my orders? Change order requests will only be allowed if it's regarding size and color change of the same item, provided that the item has not yet been secured. Requests for change of items will not be entertained. Before submitting your orders, kindly make sure that you're 10000% sure of purchasing and that all details are correct. Size charts are provided in each product page for easier reference. Can I change my shipping details? For changes in shipping details, you may send us a message via Twitter, Instagram or you may email us at dimunyugo@gmail.com.
  • Order Disputes
    The item I bought is too big or too small for me. Can I have it exchanged? We have a strict no return, no exchange policy. Items are purchased overseas thus, it will not be possible to request for item exchange or return especially when your items have already been shipped to you. The item I got is defective or has a flaw. Can I return it or ask for a refund? We will not be held liable for any item factory defect or flaw since all items will remain SEALED upon shipment to buyers. For Official DVDs and Albums, outerbox condition is thoroughly checked upon arrival of items in our KR Address. If the outerbox has a dent or damage on it, we will inform the buyers ASAP. Outerbox dents caused by Korean local shipping will not be a valid excuse for refund or returns, as Weverse does not honor this as well. Rest assured all items will be packed securely when in-transit. What if my order wasn't secured? Immediate refunds are issued to buyers if we were not able to secure the items. For #diMENU items, buyers may opt for a full refund or wait for the brand to restock the item (which they usally do). **Refunds are only issued for paid and confirmed orders that were not secured. We will not issue refunds for any other reason but this one.
